Terms of service

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing this website or placing an order with Global PLC Spare Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the company and the customer, superseding any prior verbal or written communications.

2. Quotations and Ordering

  • Validity: All quotations are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue, subject to prior sale and inventory fluctuations.

  • Order Confirmation: An order is considered official only after we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) and receive the required payment or deposit.

3. Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices are Ex-Works (EXW). The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, insurance, import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and any other local customs fees.

4. Payment Terms

  • In-Stock Items: 100% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) in advance before dispatch.

  • Lead-Time/Factory Orders: A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure the order, with the remaining 70% balance due prior to shipment.

  • Goods will not be released until funds are fully cleared in our designated bank account.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

  • Delivery Estimates: Dispatch dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by manufacturers, international logistics carriers, or customs inspections.

  • Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer once the goods are handed over to the carrier at our warehouse.

6. Product Authenticity and Condition

  • We guarantee that all parts supplied are 100% original, brand-new, and factory-sealed from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

  • Any surplus or "new-open-box" items will be explicitly disclosed to the customer and must be approved in writing before the transaction.

7. Limited Warranty and Liability

  • Warranty: All products include a 12-month comprehensive warranty starting from the invoice date.

  • Exclusion of Liability: Global PLC Spare Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, production downtime, or labor costs associated with the failure of a component. Our maximum liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective part.

8. Order Cancellation and Returns

  • Orders for specialized or custom-procured items cannot be canceled once the deposit is paid.

  • All returns must be authorized via our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process and must comply with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Export Control Compliance

The customer agrees to comply with all applicable international export control laws. Products purchased from us must not be used for prohibited end-uses or re-exported to sanctioned regions or entities.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled through amicable negotiation or via the local arbitration center of our choosing.
