The Bently Nevada 3500/25 Enhanced Keyphasor Module is a half-height, two-channel module designed to provide critical phase reference signals to the 3500 Machinery Protection System. Unlike standard monitors, the 3500/25 processes input from Proximitor® sensors or magnetic pickups to determine shaft rotative speed and vector parameters such as 1X amplitude and phase. This enhanced version supports up to four Keyphasor signals per rack, enabling sophisticated multi-shaft tracking and redundant configurations. It features advanced Digital Signal Processing (DSP) to ensure precise event triggering even in high-noise environments, facilitating accurate Orbit and Timebase plots in System 1™ software.
